End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Mashi Mascot AI

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Eduto Software (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of the Mashi Mascot AI mobile and/or web application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using Mashi Mascot AI, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mashi Mascot AI solely for creating, customizing, and exporting mascot designs for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source code.
  • Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its contents.
  • Use the App to create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes upon third-party rights.
  • Bypass, disable, or tamper with security features of the App.

4. Ownership of Generated Mascots

  • Mascots, characters, or images generated using Mashi Mascot AI are produced through AI algorithms and user input.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive license to use, edit, and publish your generated mascots for personal, educational, or commercial use.
  • Eduto Software does not claim ownership of your generated mascots; however, we retain all rights to the App’s algorithms, models, user interface, and system designs.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your generated mascots do not violate any third-party intellectual property or likeness rights.

5. Accounts and Payments

  • Some features (such as HD exports, poses, or 3D models) may require a registered account or in-app purchases/subscriptions.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account’s confidentiality.
  • All payments are processed through App Store or Google Play and are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process certain user data to operate and improve the App, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection and use of data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, code, and trademarks of Mashi Mascot AI remain the exclusive property of Eduto Software. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights beyond the limited license specified herein.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may periodically release updates or enhancements to improve the App. Continued use of the App following updates signifies your acceptance of the modified version.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach this Agreement or misuse the service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mashi Mascot AI is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no guarantees that the App will meet your expectations, be error-free, or operate without interruption.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduto Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or designs resulting from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert Country/State]. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be communicated via the App or our website. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
