Delete Account & Data Deletion – LMS AI Assistant

At LMS AI Assistant, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.
If you would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please read the following information carefully.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request account and data deletion, please use the following method:

• Contact us directly via email: edutosoftware@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My LMS AI Assistant Account”
  
  

Please provide the email address associated with your LMS AI Assistant login so we can process your request.

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Once we process your request, the following data stored by LMS AI Assistant will be permanently deleted:

• User profile data (name, email address)
  
  
• App usage history
  
  
• Preferences and settings stored in our system
  
  

3. What Data Is Retained

Because LMS AI Assistant uses Canvas LMS OAuth login, we do not create or manage your Canvas account.

• Your Canvas account and related data remain managed by Instructure (Canvas LMS) and must be handled through their system.
  
  
• We may retain minimal technical logs (such as error logs) for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting, after which they are automatically deleted.
  
  

4. Processing Timeline

• Your account deletion request will be processed within 7 business days.
  
  
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
