End-User License Agreement (EULA) for IQ Test

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Eduto Software (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the provider of the IQ Test mobile and/or web application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful, misleading, or abusive purpose.

4. User Accounts & Purchases

  • Some features may require you to create an account or make in-app purchases.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All purchases are final and subject to the store’s (App Store/Google Play) refund policies.

5. Test Results & Accuracy

The IQ scores and results generated by this App are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological or medical evaluation and should not be relied upon for career, educational, or health-related decisions.

6. Data and Privacy

Your personal data may be collected, processed, and stored in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such data practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including trademarks, software, design, and content, remain the exclusive property of Eduto Software.

8. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or improvements to the App. You agree that such updates may be installed automatically. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new version.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease using the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eduto Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, test results, or service interruptions.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/State]. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Jurisdiction].

13. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
