End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Loria AI

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Eduto Software (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of the Loria AI mobile and/or web application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using Loria AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Loria AI solely for personal or business design purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Sell, rent, or sublicense the App to others.
  • Use the App for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
  • Use generated content to infringe upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

  • The logos, images, and assets you generate through Loria AI are created based on AI algorithms and user inputs.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and publish the generated designs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to compliance with intellectual property laws.
  • Eduto Software does not claim ownership of your generated content but retains ownership of the underlying AI models, algorithms, and App design.

5. User Accounts & Payments

  • Certain features of Loria AI may require creating an account or making in-app purchases (such as credit packs or subscriptions).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All payments are processed via official app stores and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data to provide and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Loria AI, you consent to our data handling practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, UI/UX designs, brand elements, algorithms, and content within the App remain the exclusive property of Eduto Software. You are not granted any rights beyond the limited license outlined in this Agreement.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, enhancements, or patches to improve performance and add new features. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or misuse the service. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Loria AI is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or meet your specific design expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduto Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert Country/State]. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement at any time. Material updates will be communicated via the App or our website. Continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
