Welcome to Loria – AI Logo Generator (“Loria,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Loria mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using Loria, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscriptions and Payments

• Loria offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features such as unlimited logo generation, mockups, and brand guidelines.
  
  
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  
  
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
  
  
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.
  
  

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse its features. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

• All AI models, designs, and content within Loria are owned by Loria or its licensors.
  
  
• You retain full rights to export and use logos or brand assets you generate within the App, in accordance with applicable laws.
  
  

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Loria is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
